Based on qualitative research and tested by leaders across the country, these tools were developed to address the root causes of fragmentation and support more equitable, coherent education systems. When using these tools with your teams, please adapt the framing and suggested timing to your context to ensure the facilitation and use of the tools meets the needs of your teams.
